Happy Endings Bar & Grill shut down

The FLS writes that Happy Endings Bar & Grill shut down after a raid this past weekend for ‘lewd activities’, operating with out a business license, and not paying city taxes. What an opportune timing for the new business license law to take effect where the City gets fines instead of the state.
